Jesus Christ is the voice of God to the human race. Jesus Christ is the revealed word of God to all people. Jesus is the incarnated word of God to the world. Jesus Christ is the fulfilment of God’s love and law to all nations. The human race cannot bypass Jesus Christ to get to God. Because Jesus Christ and God are one (John 10:30). You believe in God, believe also in Him (John 14:1). Jesus Christ is the way, and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him (14:6).
God speaks to us in diverse ways (dreams, vision, nature etc.) but Hebrews 1:1-2 says, “In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom also He made the universe.”
Dear friends, for us to hear God we must believe in Jesus Christ and listen to Him. Be encouraged to engage in God’s word (the Holy Bible), create space and time to listen to Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Word and the voice of God. A voice came from the cloud, saying, “This is my Son, whom I have chosen; listen to Him” (Luke 9:35 NIV). We have been instructed to listen to Jesus Christ, our Lord and savior. Therefore, study and meditate on God’s word day and night (Joshua 1:8).
