Dear friends, we should know that we are born for a purpose and we are on earth to fulfil God’s will. We are blessed to be a blessing. We have been rescued, saved, and delivered, so we too can rescue, save and deliver others through the Word of God. Jesus Christ did not promise us a troubled free world. He said, “In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” The pressure and the uncertainties of this world should draw us nearer to God. They should not push us away from Him. Therefore, we should give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
The apostles (e.g. Paul, Peter, John, James) they did not have it easy, they experienced hardships and suffered for the faith. However, they stood by what they believe, and they pursued their calling. If you are under pressure and you are feeling discouraged, please look at the life of Jesus Christ and the apostles. They suffered for what they believed. Doing the will of God is not easy but those who stand firm till the end will receive the crown of glory. Let the word of God be a lamp onto your feet, a light on your path
